The doctors they have over there don’t care about patients. They don’t give any follow up!!! Dr Ralph Levy sent my mother a heart monitor to supposedly check and analize their heart and never got back to her or give any diagnose. She ended up 3 times on Emergency care and weren’t able to find anything. Their tests are superficial and they just send the patients back home with a huge bill. DON'T GO HERE FOR YOUR URGENT CARE NEEDS! The staff is friendly, the nurses are great. This is just what is expected from a major medical facility (24/7 urgent care facility). It's all for show, because unless you are on medicaid/medicare/awesome-health-insurance-plan-that-pays-for-everything-plan, you're going to get billed; even after paying your urgent care co-pay.
