Brought my wife here by the recommendation of urgent care for pneumonia and very low oxygen level started out great when they saw her oxygen level they got her in right away after a few tests the dr came in and said she needed a catscan because of a blood clot in her lung that was five hours ago still waiting all kinds of buzzers and beepers going off and no one even checks on her been here a total of eight hours now and still don’t know anything

This Place Scams you for your Money! I searched for Urgent care and this place came up. My Husband went saw a Dr no more that 15 minutes and 3 months later we were slammed with an ER bill of $1137 They told us this is not Urgent Care its Emergency care that was the reasoning but google urgent care near you. This place comes up and says Urgent care under it! See attached. Extremely upset now we need to pay over $600 copay instead of a $35 copay!! Totally mislead Terrible!!!!
In the hallway for 6 hrs. No beds available. Waiting to take a test for 6 hours. It's like a ZOO HERE. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR VEGETARIAN MEAL. GOT CHICKEN FLORENTINE CHICKEN SOUP. AND HATING IT HERE. IM FREEZING NO BEDS AVAILABLE. NEVER EVER AGAIN ASKED FOR FRESH FRUIT PLATE. THEY DONT HAVE. THIS PLACE SUCKS

The staff at this hospital does not take any initiative to do their job, my son has an appointment on the 19th of December, they canceled and didn't even bother to email me because they didn't have the correct number to call me because the called service never updated my phone.
