We came here from out of town to see a specialist. We needed to go to the ER the night prior due to intense pain and trouble breathing (07/01). Because of a rare condition we have been to many hospitals and doctors seeking answers and treatment. With the exception of one nurse, James, my partner was treated like it was in her head, spoken to as if she was drug-seeking, had her pain belittled, and was talked down to. Don’t go here if you are elderly,disabled or poor. Bad in house dr’s,bad bedside manor. Dr will not explain what’s going on and will not call you back. Very deceptive observation/admitted practices that limit your rights as a patient.Poor social care, and pain management. I grew up around this hospital and the level of care and compassion has really taken a turn for the worse...

RecommendedFirst of all it saved my life. They are a business like any place in the United States of America but their staffs are angels and they will make feel human not a number. They would go to any extent to save you and help in all the stages of you illness. I have CHF and end it having a transplant. I almost didn’t made it but they fought for me and my family. If there is a place that I would blindly put myself or a family member in is in Memorial Regional Hospital.
