My 95 year old mother has been in the ER and waiting to be admitted for over 13 hours. Was told by the nurse at the desk to call if I want info because they are busy.
RecommendedWe were at the emergency room two consecutive days and except for the lady who checked us in on the second day, she was rather blasé as she gathered the information, everyone was fantastic and attentive. They admitted my wife the second and for the 2.5 days she was there, except for the last night,everyone was friendly and very attentive.

My Mom came into the ER, and was then moved to a room. The Doctor was William E. Sanchez, and he was horrible. I can't even give him one star. His bedside manner is horrendous. He dismissed any concerns, and acted like a know it all teenager trying to prove he was right rather than give medical advice. He didn't prescribe or do anything to help relieve the patient's symptoms, and was in terrible communication with the nurses who were actually helpful. very disappointed with the attendance and service. i made a appointment in 12/12/18 for 3/22/19 i was waiting about 3 months and at the day i came there and they told me my appointment was canceled. no messages not call nothing to inform me before.
Recommendedi just had Gallbladder surgery thru the E.R. Dr. Brett Cohen and his team were amazing! the 7 central team including my nurse Terrie were super caring and kind. Garnette at the pre op was the sweetest person to come across when you are nervous about the surgery. Sue also, she explained in detail everything. Overall I will say it was such an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I will highly recommend this Hospital!

My experience this afternoon with memorial was absolutely horrible i was seen sunday march 17th i was in severe pain and was still release only come back march 20th get admitted in short stay unit mri done and had my previous mri faxed over i let the PA on staff know i was in pain my right side was still weak and i couldnt lift my arm was still discharged when i ask to speak to the manager i was denied the prescription prescribed to me my insurance won't cover i never spoke with the neurosurgeon and i now most likely have to... read more
