We've had the worst experience with this hospital I assure you these scumbags have no care or interest in keeping a cancer pt pain free They stopped her pain meds because they gave her too much yesterday and had to administer NARCAN THE NITE NURSES HERE ARE RUDE THIS PLACE IS NO LONGER A QUALITY HOSPITAL no one has given her the compassion and care that should be delivered to all patients Sorry this hospital no longer rates as a top care facility Facts are Facts CEO FOR MEMORIAL REGIONAL Your pt care is minimal at best 👎

I was just there and the lady in the ER who is checking in patients is very rude. I understand you may be understaff but that doesn’t give her the right to talk to patients how she wants to. The wait is ridiculous and if you ask how long she gets mad. I hope you can retrieve the nurses name it’s 9:00 pm on 6/18 and whoever the nurse is with the glasses up front is sooo disrespectful.. Omg I had to take my grandfather elsewhere after waiting nearly 4 hours. The nurse up front where patients check in with is totally rude. I witness a old man in a wheel chair go up to her desk to ask her how long the wait was and the way she answered him I was so hurt by the man expression.
