It could have more compassionate personnel. My sister was admitted and had surgery, if the person is poor, rich, insured or not, with a mansion or homeless they should be treated with respect. She was sent home after her surgery and on the day of her return to have the staples removed was put through alot of pain and asked why do you cry, hello she was in pain. So first off my family and I were here for a heart Transplant for my mother! The surgical waiting area isn’t ready for people to stay the night waiting out surgery. The chairs were very uncomfortable. No mind you we were here waiting for my mother to get out of surgery which happen to be an over night surgery. The night janitorial staff was very rude, they stripped and waxed the floors after asking them to stop they one employee argued with the other.
