RecommendedInjured my knee recently and referred to rehab. Since I have been a member of the Memorial West Gym for 10 years I chose them for my rehab treatments. Staff is pleasant, listens, explains and knows what they are doing! In the process I learned the proper settings and posture for using their equipment. I now use the facility with better results!
The nurse professionalism is unacceptable. I have never been so offended by hospital staff in my life. I'm usually a Memorial fan but Regional is ridiculous. I cannot wait until my father is out of that hospital.
