Took my daughter to Velocity tonight for the first time since they swithced from Sentara. She was really not feeling up to sitting in a lobby for an hour so I selected an appointment time online. It was extremely easy. Our wait was only minutes once we arrived. Our total visit was short but thorough. They made my daughter feel comfortable even though she was feeling pretty awful. The staff was very friendly and we were out fast with a prescriprion called straight in to the pharmacy. Thanks for a great experience.

They were quick and friendly. I’d go again if I had to.
They have lots of issues on insurance coverage which all I can say is good luck on staying in business! Sentara crewed up!
