Had a wonderful experience at Velocity off Holland! Liz was so helpful at the front desk with each person who came in and called. Cécile (hopefully that’s right) was an awesome nurse who talked you through testing and made it much more comfortable! Thank you ladies!
Had a Covid19 test done at Holland Rd. On August 4th. Still NO RESULTS!. No one ever answers the phone there at Velocity. Registered with Labcorp. Nothing! 2 WEEKS! Not acceptable!
Please get rid of the "Skip the Wait." It is false advertising. I was there for almost 2 hours. It took woman at the desk almost 40 minutes to get me paperwork to fill out. Glad I bought a book to read. When I was finally called back, a nurse took my vitals and got me in a exam room. I was there for blood work. Some man who did not introduce himself popped in for about 30 seconds, barely listened to me (I wanted antibody testing) all he said was, "well it may not guarantee immunity." and left. you do a 7 o clock appointment and 8 o clock rolls around and walk ins are getting seen before you. don't come here the receptionist is rude the doctors can laugh and clown around instead of seeing patients
Nice people . Kinda made me feel like I wasn’t really sick that I was tryna get drugs which was kinda frustrating but Other than that visit was quick.
I’m always nervous about going to new places because most doctors offices brush off your concerns and don’t take you seriously. However today was a great experience all the staff were great, friendly, listened to my concerns and treated me accordingly. I was in and out in no time. Now hope I feel better soon! Thank you
