Used to be great, not anymore Other reviews pretty much sum it up. Management used to be great, but new management is horrendous. Parcels aren’t accepted by the office anymore. Things that were never issues (disposing of cardboard, placing bulk trash outside door) have become issues. There was a shooting, and management took 36 hours to notify residents of the shooting. Quality of service dropping We’ve lived here for over a year now and when we first moved in the apartment was great and management was wonderful. This was a large part of our decision to renew our lease after the first 13 months. However, we’ll be moving at the end of this term. The property is now under new management and I couldn’t agree with the prior reviews more. There is no parking anymore. They made about 1/3 of the spaces “Reserved” and now charge extra for them. Quality of service going down massively When I signed for Velo Verdae, the office WAS open every day. They USED TO take parcels and emailed you so you'd know you have one to pick up. You COULD park on any parking spot you see. None of is this true anymore, but don't expect to see prices going down. Much less service, same cost. The office is now closed on Sunday. Good Luck Finding Parking Apartments are great and the amenities are worth the money, but parking has been a nightmare since the start and has only gotten worse since the new ownership company bought this place. Velo starting giving the option of reserved parking that you have to pay for, so they have taken away even more parking for residents. It's a total money grab and a complete joke.
