Velo Verdae checks ALL the boxes We are in a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath with a balcony and a garage! There is a car care station where you can wash your car and vacuum it. What 'sealed the deal' is that Velo Verdae is pet-friendly! There are clean-up stations throughout the neighborhood. Also, they have a dog park with a pet washing station. Highly Recommend.

Velo green Recently moved in and had a great experience. Manager came out and introduced herself and made sure if I needed anything. Staff seems really nice. Property is well maintained.
Office staff Velo has awesome great office team. The manager Danielle really cares about the residents and the property. I have lived here for two years and recommend it to anyone I know who’s looking in Greenville. Great location and amenities.

Place you call Home The property is perfect for my family its clean and accessible to almost everything. The staff are nice and the maintenance are professionals and they know what they are doing.
Great office and Maintenance Staff I recently moved in. Lexi and Elizabeth have both been amazing, so informative and so kind. I had a maintenance issue and Robert and Josue responded promptly and kept me informed! The property is also beautiful!

Quality I’ve given Velo a 4 Star review bc I feel like 3-3.5 is to low considering it is a very nice complex with a very nice community of people who are friendly and polite when seen, an make u feel safe. The issues I have with Velo consist within “Maintenance” I have nothing against the Employees who perform the work but with the fact of what work has been needed within just a year. I’ve had non stop issues with the dyer, the window seals in my bedroom leak and have caused water damage do the dry-wall. As far as the applia... read more
Great community Me and my pup love living here. we can hop right on the swamp rabbit trial. The location is unmatched. Danielle the community manager is very attentive and the best i’ve worked with. the whole office team is top notch. really an unbeatable place to live!

Great place to live. This is the first place my fiancé and I have lived in since we graduated college. We were welcomed by Kayla at our tour and treated nicer than at any other property we toured. Our apartment was exactly what we expected and move in was a breeze. Management and maintenance always respond in a timely manner and fix any request right away. I recommend Velo to anyone searching for a new community.
