Amazing complex and staff! The leasing office team is always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance crew is always quick to respond to requests. Beautiful property and amenities, I've lived here for almost 2 years and wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

Amazing move in experience There were a lot of challenges and changes along the way , but luckily we had Elizabeth. She was absolutely amazing, kind, and patient with me thru the many phone calls. She made the process easy and smooth. Love the new apartment.
Great Community in Greenville We love living at Velo Verdae! It has an awesome location, it's quiet & clean, the maintenance staff are exceptional and tend to any needs immediately, and the front staff are wonderful! They also have a great amenity center and often host events that are fun for all ages.
Velo Is the Best Velo Verdae is awesome! Elizabeth, Danielle, and Lexi are the best office staff I have worked with! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

The right fit We have been searching for a two bedroom apartment within 15 miles of downtown Greenville under 1900 a month. Velo verdae seems to be the exact location we have been looking for. 1100+ square feet, fiber internet package, (vallet) trash, water, sewage bundled in there package. Tour Had a recent tour of a studio with Lexie! She did a great job providing all the details of the property and showing us all the amenities. We initially went to tour a studio and a one bedroom apartment. However, we were so impressed with the studio size that it wasn’t necessary to see the one bedroom. Would definitely consider as the neighborhood seems very tranquil and well kept.

Beautiful property and wonderful staff I can't rave enough about your property and especially your staff. Not only is Velo located strategically for convenience, but also a very welcoming community. I would like to mention the staff member who not only made me comfortable touring but was very thorough explaining all the details surrounding becoming a resident at Velo. From the moment the tour began, Lex's professionalism was apparent. She obviously is an asset to Velo. Lexi is one of the reasons I chose Velo.
Solid Property The location is very close to CUICAR and shopping. The private access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail is also a huge plus for outdoor activity.
