Best in community in Greenville I’ve lived at Velo Verdae for two years now and just renewed my lease because I honestly couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The staff here is amazing — Robert, Bobby, Jouse, Danielle, Elizabeth, and Jared seriously make the best team. They’re always so kind and helpful, and I know I can go to them with any question and they’ll take the time to explain things. Great Complex and Team! I just moved in and the process was seamless. Prior to moving, Jared was very helpful and quick to respond! I moved in sight unseen (except seeing online) and once here, I asked maintenance about a couple of things and they were out same day to address them. Exceptional service! Looking forward to life here at Velo Verdae (and in SC)!

Stellar Office Staff! I’ve lived here since 2022 and cannot say enough amazing things about the Velo office staff! The leasing team is knowledgeable about the property and they're always attentive to resident needs. I’m currently moving between units, and Elizabeth, Danielle and Lexi have all made my transfer efficient and hassle-free. I am grateful for their help and their client-forward attitudes. They also host fun community events and regularly communicate updates with residents. I love living at Velo!

All-star Maintenance Team Maintenance response and repairs are quickly addressed at Velo. Bobby knew exactly why our stove top burner was malfunctioning and was able to repair it right then. Thank you for your professionalism and friendly spirit.

Great place and strong amenities Toured with Lexi and she was great. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns. Ran through every price option the whole 9 yards. Would highly recommend! Best apartment tour I’ve ever had!

Beautiful Apartments Moving from out of state to Greenville. Velo Verdae apartments are luxurious with great amenities and beautiful scenery! Lexi was very welcoming and accommodating when helping me find the perfect apartment!
