Upscale yet casual, food is an experience like no other, takes vegetables and condiments to new heights, always unexpected pairings, for instance a fresh baked soft pretzel roll with pickled vegetables and rutabaga fondue, YES and it’s delicious. And the desserts.. are. .. Divine.
Without a doubt, VEDGE is one the nation’s very best restaurants - for both vegans AND non-vegans. The all plant-based menu is masterfully prepared, presented as art, and tastes like heaven. The staff is wonderful. The craft cocktails are spectacular - and try the home made ginger beer with tequila. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
