Dinner last night at Vedge: 6:30pm seating. Every course was exquisite and the warm and quiet ambiance in the dining room lent to a wonderful reunion with a dear friend in addition to a memorable birthday celebration for my husband. Much gratitude to Joe Pachella for collaborating with his colleagues at Vedge to make this special night - perfection defined. We will be back again and again and again! Thanks to the whole team!
Food flavors, textures, combinations, preparations and presentations were phenomenal.
The meal was amazing! We had several dishes from each category and they were all delicious! Nice ambiance and tasty beverages. The only down side is that it is a bit pricey.
