One of the best restaurant experiences I have ever had. And since I travel and eat out all the time, that is saying a lot. We had an extraoridnary meal and service. I have never seen such an authentically caring staff, so willing to make accomodations for my sisters many allergies. We won't stop talking about this meal and our whole dining experience at Vedge.
This was a great experience. Will definitely be back.

This is my favorite restaurant. Ever. My husband and I ate at Vedge last weekend and enjoyed every course from cocktails to after dinner drinks and all of the wonderful vegetable creations in between. I have all three of your cookbooks! We enjoyed your saffron cauliflower soup tonight (not as good as the real Vedge creation but the next best thing until we return). Hands down, my favorite restaurant in the world. (I haven't traveled an insane amount, but enough to include what I know of 'the world') Such incredible cuisine, absolutely impeccable service, and lovely atmosphere. Beyond best vegetarian restaurant, beyond best vegan restaurant...best restaurant.
