This is the best food in Philadelphia. Everything was skillfully seasoned and prepared, and the portions were perfect. I wouldn't be able to improve anything; the service, the atmosphere, the appetizers, the entrée, the drinks, the dessert, all of it was excellent. The food itself is so delicious that anyone, whatever their food preferences/aversions, would feel anything but completely and decadently satiated. The Peruvian sweet potato salad with aji Amarillo and pickled celery was great. The Grilled seitan with horseradish,... read more

Absolutely phenomenal, I place tremendous trust in the chefs at Vedge that everything on the menu will be amazing and I haven't been disappointed yet. Service has always been excellent for me and I love the atmosphere and reverence for the ingredients that the entire restaurant brings.

Let me start by saying this was not my first time at Vedge. I been going there since it first opened. The amazing food and quality service have kept me coming back time and time again. However, I will never return after my most recent experience (no matter how delicious and inventive the food is). I’ve been a server for the past five years of my life, so it’s rare that I complain about service in a restaurant, because I absolutely understand that mistakes happen. But there is...Continue Reading

I wish I could have had the delicious food and wonderful service everyone seems to be saying they had, but we had the opposite experience. The food was mediocre, at best the appetizers, entrées, and sides were OK nothing remarkable and rather bland/under seasoned. The dessert was almost inedible though (cherry cheesecake, halva ice cream). The cheesecake was super dense, horrible clumpy and sponge like texture, the ice cream was a flavorless paste with a chalky aftertaste. I've had delicious vegan desserts elsewhere and for ... read more

Quite possibly the best dining experience I've ever had. Fantastic, kind staff with perfectly timed service. The food was outstanding, and even my meat-eating boyfriend was impressed (and full!) after dinner. The atmosphere is sophisticated but comfortable and incredibly pleasant. Thank you so much!
