To high rent. Gym is a display only. Pool it's not totally clean. No have storage. If you have a concern matters when i talked to the manager about the window blinds, she was upset as I being nice and courtesy. Very poor treatment,that's why I prepared to moved out here than to sign a new lease agreement which is they up again the rent for nothing!
