Canceled my surgery Bc of a problem with my insurance. I am very sick and it doesn’t matter as long as they get their money. I used to have faith that this hospital and my dr would take care of me but now I know I was wrong. Plus I would qualify for the patient assistance program but it takes time that I don’t have. I’m in pain throwing up choking on food. But since I’m disabled I don’t have the money to pay them I don’t matter.
RecommendedGreat doctors and staff. They listen to the patient and work with them on a plan of treatment. Highly Recommend!!
Because the VCU Health billing department is 7 months behind I now have to pay out of pocket for an ultra sound that if I had known I owed funds to Pulmonology 7 months ago and paid them I would have met my out of pocket max and would have scheduled the ultra sound in December and it would have been completely covered. Now I have to pay the full amount because of their incompetence! I have switched all my daughters doctors to Bon Secours. Never again!

I have had such an amazing experience with VCU health. I had all my prenatal care here, had my daughter at the hospital there and my daughter has been seen by pediatrics since birth. Dr Hylton and Dr Kimbrough are both amazing doctors and I couldn’t have asked for better care
Drs Holloway & Gonzalez are BEST! A true blessing for sure!
Everywhere!!!! This is one of the worst hospitals ever.
I absolutely love VCU doctors, staff and nurses!!!!! If I lived closer I would go more often
Great doctors they dont just worry about the job they help listen and are caring about how the child is like for example fear they make the kids fear them less
