RecommendedThe staff are truly caring people! I was going to drop my dog off for daycare but she was so nervous going in and out of the hotel and the clinic staff was so nice i decided to leave her over night. On my return trip to Lexington I dropped my dog off for daycare for a few hours while i toured Keeneland. Again, they made sure she was in a quiet area to keep her calm. Good people and very much dedicated to healing our sick pets. I'm certain it was meant to be that I bring my dog to VCA Woodford. They saved his life and now he's back to himself and is a tad more spoiled than before his stay lol. They take strong measures to help our pets feel comfortable and lessen the anxiety of being out of their normal environment. They encourage daily visits during the healing process as well. With a very senior dog who was making no improvement for over a month of treatment for a URI, I drove 45 miles out to see Dr Jolly as he has done so much for a friends elderly dog. He diagnosed the actual issue started her a regime of meds, changed current med dosages and was very concerned as she was sicker than I thought. Today less than a week later “ significant clinical improvement” and on a slow road to improvement. I saw Dr. Jolly. He seemed to genuinely care and the staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Full grooming and boarding services available, too.
I just want to thank the staff at VCA. You are more than Shine's vet office you are her family. The love you show her means the world to us. We are happy that we are able to have given her a second family. She brings us such joy and your office helps us keep her healthy and happy!
I absolutely love Dr Berman. She is working so hard to find out what is wrong with our Muffin and keep her comfortable. She is a very compassionate vet and I recommend her!
