I love the staff at VCA! I called this morning seeing if they had any available appointments, and they were booked for the day. She asked me if i could bring her in this morning and they would get her seen ASAP. I had a call from Dr. Dabney within an hour of dropping her off. I've gotten text updates about her condition throughout the day from Dr. Dabney. They have gone above and beyond treating my dog and keeping me updated on her condition! Thank you Woodford VCA!
I've taken my dogs there for years. I've always been very please with the personal and caring service I received from all of the Drs and staff. After moving to Lexington I continue to take my dog to VCA Woodford Animal Hospital. When my mother was staying with me from out of town during her surgery and radiation treatments, her little dog got really sick. I called and they saw him immediately. Mom was amazed when the Dr called her to see how her little dog was doing.
This is the only hospital I have used for my dogs since 1987!! Great hospital, Doctors, and staff!!!
Excellent, thorough, compassionate care. Great veterinary care and the office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
What a blessing it is to have a place like this here in Central KY. By far the best staff i have ever seen at any Veterinary Clinic. Thank you all at VCA for being such compassionate and caring professionals.
