These people are amazing!! They saved my pup! They did everything possible to make sure he was getting back to a good healthy puppy and without breaking my bank in the process. They actually showed they cared about your animal and you! They are great and I plan on taking all my furry friends here.
I presented this past Sunday with my service dog bleeding profusely from his penis. The veterinarian did not do a very thorough examination on him. She did not even bother to check his prostrate while doing a physical exam (which should definitely have been checked right away in consideration of the problem he was having) and he ended up having a prolapsed urethra which was caught right away during his physical examination at his regular vet to get a second opinion. Dr. Petersmann was wonderful during an emergency with our 13yr old golden just a few days ago. His professional manner, and gentle demeanor was thoroughly appreciated. The entire staff was very kind and professional in a personal, heartfelt way. We had to make a very hard choice that night, but every one on staff made a very difficult situation as painless as possible. Each were very respectable and reverent during such a hard time for our family. Thank you VCA staff - sincerely - Melissa Bannister
Oh my God... What can I say!!?? Once AGAIN my VCA peeps went above and beyond for one of our Pugs!!! Thanks Dr V!!!! Love ya man!!!!! So grateful to have such outstanding Drs... Techs... And Office staff!! You we love you guys!!! Bunny is home resting comfortably !!
