Thank you for being kind and honest! They saw us quickly and didn't charge us when they had us go to another hospital. We have always had great service!
The VCA of Indianapolis is a great facility for your pets specialty needs! We were recommended to them from our vet and are happy we took our dog Annie in for a consult. All of the staff members were incredibly attentive to our dog and Dr.Cross was kind enough to evaluate her prior to us making any decision on her treatment to ensure we understood the possibilities of her illness. Thank you to everyone who took care of our dog especially to the tech who carried her to my car and made sure she was comfortable to come home.
The only place it keeps me up-to-date with my with my dogs and emails me when it's time for their shots great place

I am new "again" to VCA West 86th St. Years ago, I took my two cats there and am now back with another cat. I have only had excellent care from the vets and staff. Dr. Towns is a caring vet and listened to what I had to say about Katniss and her symptoms. Her follow up with me was much appreciated as we tried to figure out why Katniss wouldn't eat. I have been taking my cats there for 16 years. The staff is great. They are always updating the facility for both pets and pet parents.
I've been taking my dog here since she was a puppy...now 15 years old. The staff has always been professional, caring and compassionate!! Emergency care has been outstanding...kudos to Dr Mark for Molly's recent surgery!!
