I love this clinic. Everyone there is the best. From the front staff to the doctors, outstanding.

So far they've been very helpful, and been able to help me with things that previous vets have not been able to.
They do an amazing job!
When i called that my dog needed care, they would not see her until i had payment up front. She ended up dying. I feel no matter what a person's financial situation, you should help that person/ animal and then work out payment plan. Saving that animal should be more important then getting paid.
Dr. Mark as well as ALL of the staff were amazing! Thank you guys for such excellent care!
I've been taking my cats to VCA West 86th Street for many years. I have had nothing but the best of care and service from not only the doctors but all of the staff. They are always willing to do whatever they can to make sure I'm satisfied with my animals care and have worked with me on a care plan for some of my older cats. My cats have had everything from kidney disease to cancer to routine checkups and emergency visits and have ranged in age from kittens to 24 years old.
