I've been twice in the last 2 weeks, and each time the receptionist and doctors are soooo nice (: very knowledgeable despite high prices, but what do you expect for a Sunday night and Thursday night visit at an emergency room! Thanks for all your help and I hope Kitter doesn't have any more problems! (:
My husband took my dog into VCA for an emergency exam, because we thought that he was having a stroke. They ran tests, gave him meds for nausea and sent him home. All that my husband could tell me was that they didn't know what was wrong with him. So, I called them to speak to the vet who examined my dog. I was told that she would call me back. She did not call back, so I kept calling, every couple days. My dog still has symptoms and I need to know the prognosis. I emailed them and said that she could email me if that was ea... read more
They are kind, compassionate, and took very good care of my little dog. Here's the"but" very expensive
Very clean and friendly welcoming staff. The waiting area is great and huge so the animals can remain safe. When sitting in waiting area other clients all were speaking well of the doctors and staff. Made me feel like I am in the right place. The doctors both times I have been there were very personal caring and professional they were very sincere when speaking about my furry babies prognosis.
The the absolute worst vet ever went to in my life. They lied about diagnosis they eventually killed my cat a necessarily. There they wanted me to apply for Care Credit which they get paid the whole amount the next day within 24 hours cash in their account. Is too long of a story but there'd be very aware of their diagnosis they want money I don't know who he was I had a male doctor vet and I have not been able to talk about it for years. They should be shut down. I tried to prove it but no one would be willing to autopsy a ... read more
This hospital is the best. Our Rottie had to have both her knees replaced in the last year! They made me feel at ease and really cared about our babies surgery and recovery. We won't ever go anywhere else if we need to go to the Veterinary.
The VCA in Loomis is much nicer and don't require a deposit before treating your animal. We have paid over $20,000 in vet bills to them. Everytime they have to run our credit card. Then if they refund any money to you it takes three days
