We came in unexpectedly to put our dog of 17yrs down. They had respect and grace. Much appreciated.
The staff at VCA are wonderful. I bring one of my pups for Orthopedic issues and water therapy. He is greeted and treated like a rock star!! EVERYBODY Loves Huck!! I didn't hesitate for him to have an extended stay during his recovery from a recent surgery. I would highly recommend VCA! �
Had to take my dog for a reaction to what they thought was a spider bite. Nice people, but it seems to be very money making oriented. They'll do every test possible If you let them. Had to wait quite a while too. Like a human ER!
Love, Love, Love all the employees at VCA Sac. they saved our 4 yr. old little boy, when my Vet. closes at 6pm and doesn't keep our pets over night, I had to transfer our boy. Glad they were open and willing to receive him.
Had to come through around 3am in the middle of the storm the other day because my dog got into some chocolate while I was painting. Customer service was awesome and I felt like my pup Percy was in great hands the whole time. They really made sure he was okay and they didn't try to rip me off and charge me for everything under the sun. I appreciate these people and their hard work, night shift is rough and they were all still smiling.
Thank you so much for helping Freyja! Everyone from the front counter, the techs, the vet, and surgeon were wonderful and helpful. I had never heard of visiting hours at a vet before. It was great being abe to visit our puppy while she was under your care. The staff gave us regular updates on Freyja's condition. The fact that the total cost for her care came in about 20% under the estimate was fantastic. The total cost was not cheap, but seemed a fair amount for the care and fast emergency service. Great experience with the staff here. Took our pug puppy in for congenital issues, and they were able to help diagnose all of his problems. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and were the only ones who had everything we needed.
Long time client, not customer but client. Totally done with this operation. Don't take advantage of us, in our weakest and most stressful time. Exactly what happened. My baby was16yrs old. She left frightened. I protected her, these people wanted money. Not a peaceful ending. I can't forgive, I won't forgive. 10/31/16 check see who was working @ 2:30 am. They are evil.
