This place is the hugest joke. Ripped my father off for 800 dollara for total of 4 days boarding 3 dogs. I owe this place 80 bucks from previous visit so they figure they were gonna tax the hell out my father with shots and exam fees knowing two of these dogs were previously seen at the other local vca who is our primary care that take wonderful care of my animals. These charges are outlandish and simply done because of what I owe them. I will make a point of it to run this vca name through the mud on there stupid ways. Mind... read more
I recommend them all the time. Especially Dr's Gintz and Christiansen. The girls out front are great too. They all help anyway they can.
I have been taking my cat "Tiger" to VCA since he was 8 weeks. The staff have always been pleasant to deal with and very informative. This past Friday Tiger had a stroke and unfortunately i had to make that hard decision. The staff never rushed me to make a decision. I will defiantely be returning eventually with my next pet.
Though we normally visit another VCA hospital for routine care, we have come here more than once for emergencies, and recently brought in our beloved, but aged dog to be euthanized when her health suddenly declined. The care and compassion we received from Dr. Backus and all of your staff made a very rough day a little easier. Thank you.
I cant say enough good things about this hospital and the staff! My cat is going through old age issues and they have taken so much time to care for him and help him be comfortable. Dr. Christensen and Dr. Gintz are my favorites. They are very knowledgeable and very caring. They take the time your pet deserves and they treat your pets like their own. For those that say they are expensive, yes their state of the art 24 hour emergency procedures can cost a little more than a 1 doctor practice that hasnt updated their equipment... read more
I love this place, the number place to bring your pet. They love your pet & for sure they are not miss treated. They also have some of the best doctors. I have been coming here since my children's was in the second grade they are 28 & 24. I drive from Olympia, Washington. Yes it's cheaper to take him on base I love the doctors at VCA if you want quality services and if you love your pets & want the best services this is the place to come.✈️⚾️
