I do not recommend this place due to their terrible service. Twice now, I have called to schedule an appointment for my dog, and both times, they told me one time over the phone but failed to send any confirmation or notification. Without written proof of my appointment time, I took time off work and drove all the way there, only to be told that I had missed my appointment—because they had scheduled it for a different time. Everyone is always kind and the place is kept clean!
This is very difficult to write because my family has history here and I really tried to give the benefit of the doubt but I feel the need to speak up now that we are no longer going to this facility. One of my dogs began to experience what seemed to be food allergy symptoms - I do not like to rely on Google or self-diagnose anything, so I had immediately brought it up as a concern.
