We recently had to take our fur baby in to VCA, as it was unfortunately time for her to cross the Rainbow Bridge. Our regular vet was not in for the day, so we had to call around to find someone else who was able to take us, as she was in pain and we knew we could not wait any longer. The staff at VCA was amazing and extremely compassionate, and really helped to make what was a horrible day a little easier for our family.
First time visitor to this place and I was absolutely amazed. Doctor Guthery actually sat down and explained everything to me in detail. Staff was also very helpful explaining prices to me before anything ever took place which turned out to be very reasonable. I even got a call the following day to check on my puppy Bama. Love this place and will definitely be going there from now on. Thank yall for helping me out with my pup!!
I wouldn't take my precious dog, Captain, anywhere else. Great service and they sincerely care.
So grateful for the staff at the clinic. My Boston spent prior nite at the VCA ER because of a heat stroke on a fairly cool evening and being outside only 15 minutes.They were quick and honest in treating him. It looked grim. In the morning we picked him up and took him to VCA in Texas City where staff was just as good. They kept him during the day and treated him still not looking good. Drove all the way from Cypress to see Doctor Cox, he was awesome! He really cared for my animals. Compassionate and really knows his stuff.
I have used the VCA facility in Pasadena until I moved here. I understand that they are priced higher than most independent vets, but I think they hire great people and they are open longer hours than typical animal clinics. I just wish this one smelled better. I visited once when my dog was sick and it wasn't horrible, but I recently visited with both my dogs for their shots and the odor was stomach turning both in the lobby and in the exam room. These are the nicest people in town. They always take good care of our cat and treat him well. I would highly recommend them.
So blessed for the care & treatment that the VCA staff in Texas City provided to our sweet little boy Tigger! Dr Guthrie, Dr Cox & Casie cared for him like he was part of their family. The entire staff was wonderful! Because of their skills & passion for helping animals, my sweet little Tigger is back home this morning! <3
