Absolutely fantastic place!! Dr Cox was amazing through out all of Ace's surgeries. I can never thank him enough! I will not ever hesitate to make the drive from Baytown, it is worth it! The whole staff is great!
Money hungry and did not truly care about the animal he was treating. Our cat suffered when he should have been put down. They could have saved the cat pain and save us tons of money. Like $1500
Absolutely amazing care of my Blue Heeler Liberty that has an autoimmune disorder. Always quick to answer any questions or concerns I have when it comes to her care. The whole staff is very caring towards me or my pets whether they are boarding or need medical care!
They did a great job with my baby Lace, I will for sure be going there with my animals from now on!
I started my dog on the Metabolic diet about a year ago. She is a medium sized dog who was about 10 pounds over weight. We decided to try this diet for her. She has now lost the weight she needed to be healthy at her size. I ran out of food and put her on the other dogs food, at a smaller portion, and could see her gaining the weight back. She is now going to be a lifetime user of the Metabolic food. Thanks Dr. Thurmond!
This place worked tirelessly to save my dog/best friend. Because of them, my buddy is on his way to a full SPEEDY recovery. A million thank yous wouldn't be close to enough. Thank you to every single staff member there.
Very long wait times, over an hour. Overly priced, and very rude Dr. Couldn't believe the lack of care my dog received here. Will never return.
