Highly recommend VCA. I went with a friend to have her dog put down and I can not say enough about the compassion this team has! Dr Garcia and staff I speak on behalf of my friend. It’s never easy to put one down but I can say that all of you gave the utmost respect and compassion any four legged dog owner can ask for! And helped to ease the pain she was feeling. We can’t thank you enough for going above and beyond!
We had an emergency with one of our dogs and our regular vet was not able to see her. I called VCA and she was seen quickly and at a reasonable price.
I had a good appointment for my Chloe. Like Dr Cox. He did not suggest things I did not need. Took care of my girl. The cost was NOT outrageous. Thank you Dr Cox
I highly recommend VAC Mainland, they where absolutely amazing with my dog. She went in not eating, bearly drinking, not wanting to move or play with her toys. They found the issue and took great care of her. Now she is back to her old self. Can’t thank them enough!!
Sadly my most recent experience with VCA Mainland was not as pleasant as the past with Dr. Thurmond. It is very saddening to lose a family pet only days after being seen by the vet, but to have a vetenarian unsympathetically tell you "... we'll have him in a box for you..." when making arrangements to claim the body of your beloved fur baby makes it even worse. And for Dr. Garcia's comments I will not be returning.
Great place! The Veterinarians and the staff took care of my dog and even took care of me in her last days! They go over and beyond. Whenever I get another dog, VCA is the only place I will take my pet. Thank you VCA mainland for taking care of my Freddie. ❤️
Excellent staff, very friendly and every time we go for an appointment, we actually get in on time!!
