Great front desk staff, very pleased with medical staff as well. I wouldn't even consider going to another veterinary office as long as I live in this area! My animals are all handled with TLC and I feel comfortable when they handle them to go into 'the back' for tests,etc. They speak the animal's language!!
Our first visit to EFPC and we Loved it! The entry and waiting area is very large and welcoming which helped for much more relaxed pups (calmer patients) in what can be a very stressful time.. Dr. Sergio Hernendez and staff were all professional, friendly, thorough and showed much care for each of my pups.. provided me with need to know information as well as answered any question I had... Thank you for providing quality care to my fur babes! � � Zoo & Pepper �
The vets at Elgin Family Pet Center are great, but their staff make this place amazing. Hannah is so caring and thoughtful! She makes our "Dr. visits" much less stressful and really cares about our girls. And Fran is just the sweetest person ever! Lily, Sierra and Saydie say "Thanks, everyone!" <3
Thank you so much Dr. Hokanson, Hannah, and Stephanie for taking great care of our sweet boy Alfred as he crossed over to doggie heaven. I have been a client since 2002 and had the pleasure of working there for 3 years. Because of these experiences, we will ONLY take our pets to EFPC. Alfred loved to go to the vet because he received sooo much attention and kisses. I haven't been to Elgin Family Pet Center but my daughter uses them for her dog. Yesterday we had an emergency with her and I had to take her in. They were absolutely amazing. I will take my animals there for now on.
