I took my dog, Guffy to Elgin family Pet Center for a second opinion on a limp that he developed. I'm glad I did. The previous vet thought it was his shoulder, but Dr.Sirmons diagnosed it as his elbows. X-rays proved her correct! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I love that Dr. Sirmons offers alternative treatments. We will start acupuncture and laser treatment soon.

All staff members are friendly and attentive, gentle with our nervous dogs and cats. Scheduling is easy and we are always seen promptly.
We have moved to Manor from Colorado and needed a Vet for our Jasper. I visited the Elgin Family Pet Clininc and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the staff and given lots of information. We had our first appointment today and it is safe to say that the Winters family has found our Jaspers new place of care. Great customer service and the facility is nice and clean.
My Rusty doesn't like to get a wellness check up, but the staff was extremely nice to him and made him feel very special. I love this vet hospital, the staff and doctors are very knowledgeable.
I have never known a place that I have complete faith and trust that my babies ( dogs and cats) will be cared for so well. They never try to upsell me, but do provide information so I can make the choice myself without feeling guilty i didn't take the upsell. I love these people.
