Dr. Streiff is a great vet and really cares about her patients and their owners. She takes time not only with the pets but explaining the issues to their parents and and gives great advice. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 VCA Elgin always takes great car of my huskies. Today I noticed something was off with my 2 year old male. I called at 4:00pm and inquired about his symptoms and they were able to squeeze me in and see him in less than 30 minutes. The Doctor and staff are always great. Zeke is on his way to recovery and I can rest assured he’s going to be well. It’s this kind of great customer service and care for my fur babies that keeps me happy and I will forever be a VCA Elgin customer.

Since moving to Manor a year ago we have been trying to find a vet for our dog and I am happy to report we have. Last week we took our dog to the clinic and from the time we entered the front door to the time we left the entire staff treated our dog like a VIP . The receptionist was fast ,very helpful, and loving to our dog . The tech come out and kneed next to our dog to greet him and was genuinely happy to see him. I went in for the first time last weekend, and my dog and I absolutely loved it! Tech Nicole was so good with my Rascal that he even let her clip his toenails. He doesn't even let ME do that! And Dr. Metcalf was gentle, thorough, answered all my questions, and gave me options and ideas I hadn't thought of. A truly excellent experience, and one I will happily repeat.
