Maybe think about a bulk rate for more than one dog or cat. Just a thought. As with I guess any hispital or any service in short, the "bed side manner" needs to be there for one to keep coming back or refer out. The vets and techs are great and is the reason for me. By me, Max, Bear, and Freya.
I loved this place so much as a client that I just had to be a part of it...so I applied for a CSR job back in June 2017 and I absolutely love it. The clients, patients and coworkers are THE BEST.
Yesterday our girl, Gemma, was very, very sick and we thought we were going to lose her. We came to VCA straight from the ER with what we thought was an intestinal blockage. Turns out there was something more going on with her liver, not related to the blockage. Dr. Tabone reviewed the labs from the ER and quickly found the issue. He was excellent with Gemma (and me). Great staff very friendly! Dr. Brown is the BEST! They are always willing to do their very best to work you in in case of an emergency. I have recommended them to many friends.
Our girls, Raegen and Mia, love coming here and seeing the staff. They’ve always been so friendly to our pups and given us excellent service. We recommend this location to all of our friends with furbabies!
