I called them after seeing good reviews and they got my dog in on an already busy Saturday as a new patient because she was sick. Everyone treated her with care and did the maximum to find out her ailments. Pricing was fair and they all took the time to explain her treatment plan well. It is a clean facility and the people working there are very compassionate. They even helped me carry dog food out to the car because I was carrying my dog. Thank you!
I love that we receive a report card when we pick up our fur baby Ace after he has been groomed!
Awful! The groomer did not do the job right. My puppy’s right eye lashes were cut but the other side was not. A lot of shaved areas that looked bald. It looked like the groomer was drunk while she did it. Im so disappointed and will never take my puppy here.
We’ve taken our 3 fur babies (Tank, Charlie and Pudge) to VCA Desoto for years - and we love everyone there!! They are as kind as they are professional - and we are so blessed to know and love them!
The staff is always courteous and great with our dogs! They take the time to explain everything and are always happy to see everyone's pets. 😊

This wonderful team takes care of my puppy almost daily in their Doggie Day Camp! It’s worth it knowing he’s in good care. My sister and Mom also take their pets to Desoto VCA. Thanks for all you do!
