You guys should be ashamed of what you did to Charlie and Susan she or he did not deserve the treatment that they got from your office, It's hard enough having to put an animal to sleep but to go through what you made them go through is completely and utterly disgusting
They don't seem to like cats there! Had 2 bad experiences with different cats. I will explain if anyone cares to hear. But I would call it negligence & bad communication. It's worth the trip to another emergency center . AVOID for cats!
Thanks to VCA Old Marple my miniature dachshund Penny is on the road to recovery. She had a few doctors working with her, Dr. Andersen and Dr. Beebee are two of the many that had a hand in helping her. I can’t thank them enough for getting through a very tough situation. I just wanted to thank the entire staff at Old Marple Vet. I called in this morning for an emergency appointment for my dog Kao. From the immediate phone contact with the young lady who picked up, to the check in, to all the support staff and Dr. Altmeier, you all were great. Very empathetic in what was the toughest day in quite sometime in having to put Kao to sleep.
Brought my cat in for emergency care against my own veterinarians advice. Called the next day because he was having a reaction to the medicine. The receptionist told me that it wasn’t from the meds, however, she would have the doctor call me back. I never received a call back. Very unprofessional and unacceptable!!
The staff at this place is amazing! So compassionate. So understanding. They truly love their jobs and it shows. Thank you for all of your help. Foster is at the rainbow bridge and no longer in pain. �
