RecommendedDuring the Memorial Day holiday my 3 year old chihuahua mix injured his back and I had to use VCA for an emergency visit. Staff was amazing and caring. Quick to get him in and examined, we weren’t sure if he would ever walk again. After a night at the vet we were sent home with a treatment plan from the doctor. We were so nervous about treatment during the Covid pandemic and they made us feel so comfortable and took amazing care of our little Pip. My boyfriend found a cat this evening who was in a bad way. Within 20 minutes of finding him, he was in the hands of the kind people at VCA Old Marple Animal Hospital. Despite the restrictions put in place at the practice due to COVID, and although we are not current patients and told them upfront that we would not be able to take the cat should he survive, they were just as kind and caring as they would be with regular patients.
