I had the most amazing experience at VCA Old Marple. My 16 year old dog dislocated his hip. We were seen and treated quickly and out the door in no time. The whole team was wonderful... from the front desk staff, to the techs and to the doctor (Dr. Patel). I will always recommend this hospital to friends and family!

PRICE GOUGING / UNNECESSARY PROCEDURES / UNEVEN CUSTOMER SERVICE On October 28, 2018, we took our cat Goldy in on a Sunday for an emergency appt. because he seemed to be in a lot of pain. A lump was discovered. We were stunned by a bill of $930.65 which included $534.90 for an ultrasound. We are now in debt up to our eyeballs over a cat and they never could tell us what was wrong with our cat. My baby boy Titan is a 170 lb English Mastiff who has a rare neurological disease that breaks the reception from his brain to his body. He was diagnosed 4 years ago and had been doing wonderful. Unfortunately this weekend he had a relapse and was unable to use all four limbs. I rushed him over and everyone was prepared for the big boy as soon as I pulled in.
