Situation at 4 45 in the morning today and you guys handled it like the pros you are. Thankfully it was relatively minor but Codey was in a bit of pain and was scared and you guys chilled him right out. And us haha Think we have a new Vet. Thank you both.

Many thanks, especially to Dr. Johnson, Jen and Donna, for taking such good care of our little dog, Darcy before, during and after her surgery this week. It's hard to walk away from your pet and leave them anywhere, but the staff's gentle, patient manner with the patients (and their owners) along with Dr. Johnson's call after the surgery and Donna's follow up texts and photos, gave us all peace of mind. Can't thank the staff here enough for taking such great care of our cat moe and puppy Ollie! Dr. Fleming and Donna were absolutely amazing! I got a call immediately after our pets surgery from Dr Fleming and even after that Donna was kind enough to send us daily pictures and updates of our fur baby! They made the whole experience so easy and smooth. The staff at the front desk was also extremely accommodating and friendly!
Once again the folks at VCA Old Marple took excellent care of our dogs! Dr Thorndike and Donna went above & beyond in support!!! They are good a what they do and they LOVE the animals!
My dog Sam had surgery and was there longer than expected. But I must say the staff cared for him like he was their own. Staff was very kind and courteous. Gave me updates throughout the day. And a special thank you to Donna Interrante. She made my day more bearable worrying about my pet. She is fantastic.
