Let me start off with saying yes they are pricey but I could not have been treated any better. My dog Chester was just diagnosed with cancer . He is a difficult patient to treat with his has high anxiety and aggression towards others he doesn't know. Some other vets have made me feel like a bad person for my dogs behaviors. Dr. Tannert was so understanding and worked me through all the steps. She made me feel very comfortable during a hard time and never pushed Chester to his limit. A few months back, I brought my boxer puppy Grimlock here because he couldn't use his hind legs. His brain wasn't communicating to his legs and he couldn't walk. We thought we were going to lose him and he was only a year old. Long story short, they saved my furbaby. I still choke up thinking about it. Rude service and horribly over priced. Never again.
Dr. Will is awesome. She has been so loving and caring with our cats and dog. She helped get my cat's chronic mouth condition under control when two other vets couldn't. We also just took our new puppy there this week and the entire staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful.
Great receptionists, assistants & doctors. Brought Joey in for neutering & 4 puppy teeth pulled. I could tell Joey was treated well and everything went just great. 5 star for everyone.
It's been almost 1 year since you took care of my best pal. It's also been almost 1 yr since he died .
I'm so glad my cat Wolf had the entire VCA OLD MARPLE STAFF to take care of him during his 4 day stay. Your compassion is felt from the door. It's evident that everyone there loves their job. We had our puppy neutered, microchipped, ten baby teeth pulled and two impacted adult teeth removed by Dr Will. She was wonderful, caring and loving to our puppy. Donna was also amazing with Tucker, giving him much love and attention. Thank you VCA staff for taking care of our little one
