The entire staff was extremely pleasant and caring! Especially Dr. Julie Thorndyke and Pt Outreach Coordinator, Donna Smith Interrante! We felt so informed and knew that Bandit was in good hands for his surgery!!
Brought my cat in for dental surgery on Friday. The experience was a positive one. I was very concerned and the staff made me feel comfortable with the entire experience. Dr. Fitzgibbon called to let me know Diva did well through the surgery. Later Donna called to let me know she was recovering nicely. When Diva was picked up, Donna was especially great with the discharge process. We've just recently started using VCA Old Marple and our youngest puggle had surgery today. Every time she's been there for a visit, including today, she was happy to be there. The staff has done a tremendous job keeping me updated on her today, even going so far as to text me pictures of her! They'll never be able to make all their customers happy, but if my puggle is happy going there and the staff are so diligent with her care, I'm a thrilled mommy! Donna and the techs have been awesome!!!
I have been bringing my Brigid to VCA Old Marple since I adopted her 1.5 years ago. Whether it is a routine visit or an emergency, I know that she is in very loving, caring and knowledgeable hands. I've been bringing my male tabby cat, Romeow (16 yrs old), to VCA for over 10 years. I have never had anything but positive experiences with the vets there. Every vet & vet tech I've ever had the pleasure of working with has been nothing short of professional and compassionate. As far as people complaining about the cost...well, you get what you pay for. We have had good routine and emergency services here. It is always easy to schedule an appointment. Friendly staff and our appointments are always on time. Everyone is even extra gentle with my nervous doodle. Thank you!
