Saved my dog and her 5 pups lives, taught me how to bottle feed the pups, provided me with non stop care and advice. After days of struggling to get the pups to take the bottle they are finally eating!
The doctors, techs, and front desk support have been amazing throughout what has been a very trying ordeal. They have been up front and honest about necessary treatments, cost and prognosis. The entire staff has gotten to know us and greet us by name when we come in- even staff I haven't met yet. I'm so glad we decided to come here for treatment.
This is my horror story, however I'll premise it by saying that I still go to VCA because I have a vet there that I like. I brought my 11 year old cocker spaniel in after seeing blood in her stool. The vet said it was an intestinal upset and gave her some medication. And she gave her lyme disease vaccine. Two days later she began bleeding from her rectum. We just took our cat here today,the staff was very nice,the dr/vet on the other hand was rude,not very sympathetic, and I have to agree with the comment above,mostly about money,didn't see to care at all,God forbid we questioned his opinion, unbelievable

This place is awful. Waited 30 minutes to have my dogs anal glands done and finally left. Agreed they are all about the $$$$. Will be switching vets soon!!!!
Great place to take a dog if u want him/her murdered. I have more competence in my middle finger than these so-called vets. You're not doctors. Doctors help people. You kill them with stupidity. A conscience is a crazy thing isn't it?
Money, money, money. Used to be good, VCA has made it bad. Follow-up: they euthanized the stray cat I used to feed, after I brought him in with a deep cut to his chin. EUTHANIZED CAT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. Illegal , immoral, disgraceful and sad.
