I am so very grateful to Dr. Volk and Dr. Patel for all they did for my precious baby Ticco. He had sepsis and sadly had to leave this earth but they did all they could do so his family could spend some time with him before he left us. I have a regular vet, Kimberly Bowers, that I adore but for emergency care I highly recommend Marple.
super expensive went there started out being 600 bucks ok I'll bite the bullet within an hour they wanted almost quadrouple that. insane brought my dog back home
It has been almost 2 years since my husband & I changed to Old Marple. We felt our dog Kahlua was not getting the proper care at her former vet. We were right. Within one visit Dr. Robinson had tests done that confirmed Kahlua as diabetic. Since then we have been able to get Kahlua to a healthier place. We are known for being great pet parents and having daily logs for Kahluas care. While we are sad Dr. Robinson recently left we have chosen Dr. Aldinger as her vet now and have been pleased with her results.
Disorganized, rude and sloppy care. I brought my cat in for a minor emergency. The reception staff confused us with another patient, the vet tech was both confused and snarky. When he took us in the room he had the air of a disinterested hipster, the wait was eternal and they took our cat in the back. After about 40 minutes I became uncomfortable as I realized my first interaction with the receptionist on the phone and in the waiting room was asking me to sign off for the cost of CPR should it be needed. Betsy, was a very sick kitten when we first rescued her. She was very tiny, had worms, an eye infection and flea dirt. We knew she needed our love! Thanks to the Doctors and professionals at the VCA Old Marple Animal Hospital, Betsy is on her way to Good Health and a Long and Happy Life!
