This place is fantastic, clean, easy access and the BEST staff I have ever come across. Michelle and Jamie are the nicest ladies. They went out of their way for us, and during a tough situation, they had us in and out, and laughing till there were tears. Worth SO much more than 5 stars!!!! I can't recommend this place enough!!!!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Volta Storage Niagara Falls. Many rats have gotten into my storage unit, leaving feces all over the place and all over my baby’s keepsake belongings. I had to throw out an entire large bin of sentimental items that should have been safely stored. I immediately emailed the company and even included photos, explaining that there is barbed wire at the back of my unit leading to another person’s storage unit, which is likely how the rats got in.
