I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Volta Storage Niagara Falls. Many rats have gotten into my storage unit, leaving feces all over the place and all over my baby’s keepsake belongings. I had to throw out an entire large bin of sentimental items that should have been safely stored. I immediately emailed the company and even included photos, explaining that there is barbed wire at the back of my unit leading to another person’s storage unit, which is likely how the rats got in. I’ve used vaultra twice for moving and storing my belongings. I’ve never had any issues and always felt incredibly safe there. The unit space was well priced and staff were always very helpful and kind.
Very happy customer! The units are clean, accessible and secure. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I would highly recommend. 😊
Nice facility and staff are fine to deal with. Beware you pay in advance for your unit and will not be refunded anything if moving out prior to renew date despite not being informed. No other industry I'm aware of doesn't prorate of services not rendered.
