took my truck in for a recall on 11/12/18. I received a txt that it was done. Upon inspection of the work that was done. I found the passenger seat wet. I checked the driver side and found water on rubber floor mat and the carpet was wet as well. I went in and asked debbie why there was water in my truck. I was told maybe my truck leaked. I have never had this truck leak water. She called the tec that worked on my truck and he said my truck was pulled inside while the work was performed so no rain could have gotten in the tr... read more
I brought my car in for routine service. I checked my car in and in just a little over an hour the car was all finished. Andrew was very professional and courteous checked me in and out. No problems.

Just left service Dept. heard it improved greatly. I was hoping as only 2 miles from my home. I can say Arrigo 28 miles from my home is worth the drive. They know how to treat a customer.
