I take my Jeep to this location for service after several bad experiences at another Jeep dealership closer to home. I have yet to have a bad experience at Vatland and the service is quick and the techs are very courteous.
Service was outstanding.From the moment I brought my car in and was directed to the very comfortable waiting room to the meeting with a very knowledgeable service tech it was a favorable experience

This place has the worst communication skills and customer service I have ever had to deal with. Took me calling a week, leaving messages with the receptionist to finally get a call back. The sales guy I worked with wouldn’t even return my calls and instead had the sales manager calling me. I will never in a million years come to this place again!!
