Bought a car from them one year ago and it had a “clean” car fax. Went to trade it in 2 days ago and it showed as having been in accident. Someone there didn’t give me an accurate car fax. Fraud.

Tom, We don’t currently, nor have we ever used Carfax as most of Carfax is user input and a lot of the time inaccurate…with that being said the customer was never told the car has a “clean” Carfax as we would have no way of knowing this information. We would never give the customer a Carfax report as I stated earlier we DO NOT subscribe to Carfax. These people are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have dash cam footage of them jamming a part back into my transmission which is NOT how you get it to stick. (Just needed adhesive). The service manager (a heavier man) came out and yelled profanity at me and said “it’s not covered”. Wow. Unneeded. Avoid this place at all costs! Small claims court here I come.
What I just witnessed is INEXCUSABLE. I saw an African-American gentleman who was NOT behaving in any irrational way, asked to leave the premises at once because of his t shirt. His shirt said “Black lives matter”. A very overweight man who later was identified as the service manager told him “ALL LIVES MATTER, no service until I see that shirt pal. Tired of this crap on an election year”
Customer experience matters and I cannot say enough good things about Vatland and the outstanding service and attention they provide each and every time I take my Wrangler. Debbie and Terry always make sure I leave happy and this is why I drive out of my way, 42 miles out of my way, to have them service my Jeep. Thank you!!
If I could give negative stars I would. Brought my car in for one problem and another was caused while under their care. They refused to acknowledge that they made a mistake and wanted to charge almost 4K to fix the problem they caused ! They were extremely rude and unprofessional. I feel like I was completely robbed and abused. I am a hard working essential worker. The stress these people caused was so disappointing . Never again will I bring my business here.
