I experienced the worst customer service ever with your dealership today. I normally take my car for an oil change and tire rotation. I am now missing the key to my lug nuts. I need new tires and cannot get the tires off. If I get a flat, I’m screwed. I called your place and tried to explain. I was told that I have to bring my car there BEFORE anyone would discuss my concerns or even answer my questions. Took my 2017 rubicon in due to engine light coming on and staying on dashboard. Met with service advisor Bruce Huffman and received outstanding service and got to say I walked away from a dealership with a satisfactory view, that does not happen very often Great job Vatland 😁
