Almost impossible to reach a person, can’t get work done unless it’s on their schedule! Can’t even get warranty issues looked at without a appointment at least 2+ weeks out! Service department is definitely disappointing!

I made an appointment 28 DAYS ago to have a repair done to my truck. I took the day off to get this taken care of. I get to the dealership check my truck in and have seat in the waiting area 30 minutes later the Service Writer walks up to me chuckling and saying I'm sorry but we have to order the part that we need to replace on your truck like it's some kind of joke or something then showing no concern at all still acting like it's no big deal that this has cost me time away from my job asked me well what dose your Saturday ... read more

not the best dealership in town I can tell you that
I am new to the area and made an online appointment fo service on my Fiat. I asked for them to confirm and give me an idea of the cost. I did not hear back from them and have now called four times with a promise from the operator some one would call me, no one called. I even got on live chat yesterday to relay this disappointing lack of attention and again was told they would get to Service and that someone would call me, mother however again?🙁 it appears there is a total lack of care and process so far. I went to Vatland and I was surprised at the great service I received. Chris from the internet department helped me schedule a time to come in, which helped me out a lot already. When I got there, Brandon showed me a variety of cars and helped me customize the car accordingly to what I was looking for. Definitely best service I’ve received in any dealership.
What an awesome experience! Chris in the internet department was the best! He was extremly helpful by sending me pictures of the car before I even got there! I was so excited! Once I was there Eric answered every question I had and everything was so fast. This is the coolest car I ever had and I am glad I got it here! Thank you to the whole team for making this process so easy! You guys are the best!
